Victoria Randle is a masters prepared nurse who has devoted her career to entry level education, specifically CNA education.  She developed Train the CNA Trainer in 2020 after noting the need for CNA Instructor Development after consulting to start CNA schools round the county.

Becoming a CNA before a nurse was the foundation of her health career and changed her life! Sharing that experience and knowledge with others became her passion. After teaching her first class, she noticed quickly that nurses have a learning curve when teaching entry level careers. After taking countless “Train the CNA Trainer” courses she noted a major missing component in our technology-based world. Engagement and interaction. This helps increase learner comprehension and retention. That is how our signature “Train the CNA Trainer” was born.
